Refund policy

We’re certain you’ll love your Ania Haie pieces, however if you need to return any item purchased on aniahaie.co.il please return it to us along with your proof of purchase. In light of the current situation, we have extended our returns period to 30 days from the date of delivery to give you more time to send orders back. Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process a refund. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or faulty.
